Contracts and Subscription Coordinator

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our growing portfolio of software contracts and subscriptions. As a key member of our accounts and administration team, you will ensure accurate billing, maintain contract records, and act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will also oversee monthly subscription invoicing and support the smooth onboarding of new clients.

The important work you will be doing:
Oversee all aspects of contract management, including billing, purchasing, renewals, and compliance.
Process monthly and annual invoicing accurately and on time.
Set up and initiate new contracts and subscriptions for new business clients.
Monitor contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and accurate data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Management, Sales, Consultancy, Support) to resolve queries and improve processes.
Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and data protection regulations.
The skills and experience you will bring:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in high-volume finance administration or subscription billing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify process improvements.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Familiarity with contract management systems or finance software (e.g. Sage, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar).
Knowledge of subscription pricing models and recurring revenue processes.
